Heyooo! Nathan Boschen, here! I am the Saddleback Kids Director for our Saddleback Yorba Linda campus. I’m a dork; maybe that’s why I can connect with kids, I dunno. I can tell ya, I’m a dreamer by day and a dreamer by night; to be able to use the imagination for connecting kids of all ages to each other, to other leaders and to Jesus Christ is one of the greatest joys I can experience.

What do I do when I’m not with kids or families? Glad you asked. I read books, I read comic books, I watch movies, I spend time with the fam bam, I chill with the friends and I go to Disneyland often. My favorite food is BBQ, the ribs and tri-tip stuff, but I also have every food allergy known to humanity, but not peanuts… which is weird. Hey, we all have our quirks.

I was born, raised and still am a Pastor’s Kid. Some of the most life changing times for me were in Elementary when I had some amazing student leaders and adult leaders who invested in me and my friends at Church. If there is even the slightest chance for me to personally connect with a child or equip a parent or encourage a leader and share the LOVE that Jesus has shown me, then I will take that chance. It’s about being with people and communicating, “YOU ARE LOVED.”
