Hi there! My name is Beth. I’m the Saddleback Kids Director for Saddleback Aliso Viejo. I absolutely love kids and teaching them about Jesus. At our campus, we may not know where our families come from or what exactly the kids are bringing with them on a Sunday morning, but what we do know is that God loves them more than they could ever imagine. I love being able to show the love of Christ through my actions, words, and heart.
I have been an elementary teacher for over 10 years. I have taught in a variety of settings – in public, private, and online classrooms. I always seem to find myself volunteering in various kids programs at church. Oh! I also have been married to my husband, Oscar, for over 18 years. We have three amazing kids! We raised our kids in Hawaii for seven years before moving back to California. My family and I enjoy helping other families together in homeless camps and especially when we go on our mission trips to Mexico to spend time at orphanages. We really value the time we get building relationships with local the families and neighborhood kids.
My family and I love traveling and experiencing new places and faces together. We also love food (Who doesn’t?!) Honestly, I have never eaten something I don’t like… I will try anything and I usually enjoy it! If I had to choose, I would say my favorite foods are popcorn and chocolate. Don’t even get me started on chocolate covered popcorn… it’s the best!
Come by and check us out Saddleback Kids Aliso Viejo. We would love to see you!
